Replacement and Returns Policy

Peta Barwick Design Gallery happily replace your artwork if a print or frame arrives damaged or is not representative of the item chosen on the website.

Any damage should be reported as soon as possible, please email to advise of the damage. Photos must be supplied as proof which you will need to attach to your email.

Please retain original packaging as we may need to arrange for collection of the damaged or faulty item. In the case where a refund is issued, the refund will be facilitated through your original payment method.

Please note, gift vouchers cannot be refunded for cash.
